About me

Hello! My name is Svetlana Belsø.
Inspired by my own journey, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting women — those who want to rebuild self-confidence, express their emotions with care, and create warm, loving relationships with those closest to them.
I know how hard it can be to cope with anxiety, emotional pain, and disappointment when it feels like everything is falling apart. I’ve been through difficult times myself, and it’s this personal experience that helped me understand something essential: healing begins with self-compassion. With learning to hear your true desires, letting go of past hurt, rebuilding trust in yourself — and allowing joy and peace to return to your life.
With love and care, I’ve developed a gentle yet deeply effective approach based on EFT and Energy Psychology. This method helps release emotional tension, reduce anxiety, restore inner strength, and build honest, heartfelt connections with the people you love.

Regular sessions give you the time and space you need for real, lasting change. Our sessions take place online and usually last 90 minutes. In the first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what’s most important for you right now, and gently start moving toward change.

“When I started working with Svetlana, I was on the verge of despair because of my relationship with my mother. Every time we met, our conversations would turn into a stream of advice, complaints, and criticism from her. It became so frustrating that I started avoiding her altogether. But as I soon discovered, the problem wasn’t only with her.

During our sessions, I realized I was doing the exact same thing with my teenage son. I constantly interfered with his life, monitored his schoolwork, and insisted on how he should live. My anxiety for him was so overwhelming that I didn’t see how much I was suffocating him with my ‘care.’

I’ve always been fascinated by the psychology of human behavior. Even as a teenager, I would often observe people’s faces, trying to understand their emotions and relationships through facial expressions and body language. I was deeply sensitive to the emotions of others — so much so that I would often absorb them as my own. Over time, I came to realize that I could actually sense people’s energy on a much deeper level.
In 1996, I earned a degree in psychology, but it wasn’t until 20 years later that I truly began to apply my knowledge. A painful job loss, a move to a new country, and my daughter’s incurable illness brought me to a state of emotional burnout. I felt constantly overwhelmed, argued with my husband, my children — even my clients. My mind was clouded, my body felt unbearably heavy, and life around me had lost its color.
It was during this time that I turned to alternative healing in earnest. In 2019, I completed a two-year program at Donna Eden’s school in Chicago. Her energy practices quite literally brought me back to life. I stopped feeling anxious all the time, and the weight of chronic exhaustion lifted.
Later, I came across Dawson Church, whose book The Genie in Your Genes deeply impacted me and transformed my worldview. I discovered how our thoughts and emotions not only affect our relationships and the emotional well-being of our loved ones — but also our health and longevity.
At Dr. Church’s school of Energy Psychology, I completed an 18-month training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Energy Psychology. By applying what I had learned, I was able to release depression, feel light in my body again, rebuild trust and warmth in my family, and — most importantly — find my true calling.
These experiences helped me realize that my mission is to support women through life’s most difficult transitions — when everything feels like it’s falling apart — and to help them find a path back to happiness. Today, I am a certified transformational coach and a specialist in EFT and Energy Psychology.
Over the years, I’ve helped many women reconnect with their inner strength, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover joy in their relationships with loved ones. Professional Coaching: Through «The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership» I learned how to support women in overcoming internal emotional barriers such as shame, feelings of inadequacy, and isolation—helping them access their inner resources and build self-confidence.
Certification in EFT and Energy Psychology: My training with  «EFT Universe» equipped me with the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and methods of Energy Psychology that help heal emotional wounds and past pain—enabling people to see the present through the lens of love and understanding.
